AACI Day Trip – What’s new in the Negev?

What’s new in the Negev?

The south of Israel is full of history and beauty. It’s further afield and less traveled by, so we’re going to show you some fascinating places!

First, Tel Beer Sheva – we will see Palaces, stables, cultic altars and the most intricate water system in the ancient world! (some uphill walking is required as well as walking down a staircase of 40 steps. Coming back up is shorter)

Then, the brand new Anzac Museum: The Australian and New Zealand Auxiliary Corp were instrumental in conquering the Negev for the British in 1917. Here’s the story, also presented digitally!

Kibbutz Revadim, to the Philistine Street that unfolds their customs, cooking, and worship before us!
Lunch can be purchased. We will stop in a mall, to buy either food, or drinks to accompany your own brown bag food!

Ruchama Alter, veteran Guide.
