A refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your reservation pending tour confirmation. Once the tour is confirmed, the standard payment and cancellation terms will apply, and the deposit will be credited toward your final balance. The $ 500 pp deposit will be fully refunded if the tour is not confirmed Should you choose to cancel before the tour is officially confirmed, the $500 deposit will be retained as a credit toward any future AACI Kosher overseas tour or flights with Diesenhaus, valid for two years.

CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The cancellation fee is determined by the date the written notice is received: From Registration until August 15, 2026: No cancellation fee (except the $500 USD non-refundable deposit). From August 16th until October 1, 2026: Cancellation fee of 30% of the total tour cost From October 2 until October 24, 2026: Cancellation fee of 70% of the total tour cost From October 25, 2026 until Date of Departure: Cancellation fee of 100% (Full Price) of the total tour cost.

Travel insurance is obligatory and should cover illness, luggage & cancellation. It can be purchased through your insurance agent, your Kupat Holim or Diesenhaus Tours.
