PAYMENT POLICY Payment Schedule Upon Registration: A $500 USD per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. On or Before September 2, 2026: Final Balance (100%) is due.
CANCELLATION POLICY From Registration until September 2, 2026: No cancellation fee (except the $500 USD non-refundable deposit). From September 3 until October 4, 2026: Cancellation fee of 30% of the total tour cost From October 5 until December 4, 2026: Cancellation fee of 75% of the total tour cost From December 5, 2026 until Date of Departure: Cancellation fee of 100% (Full Price) of the total tour cost.

Please note; Please note; This trip requires (in some cases) strenuous walking , climbing stairs and small hills on uneven or dirt paths. Each participant must be able to do the forementioned independently and be able to keep up a normal walking pace within the group.
